I love his exasperated little face in his reaction gif.

I love Lou but I feel like because Lou is Mouse's pseudo-uncle, Jack will be starting the game on the wrong foot with him LMAO. Which is completely fine, I love that, please explode Jack. He'll respect Lou and doggedly try to be friendly (which will likely come across as annoying sorry).

I PROMISE I HAVE NOT BEEN TRYING TO IGNORE THE OLD MEN HERE AND I LOVE LOU I don't know how crysta will handle them is all but the answer is probably Poorly and KNOW she's side eyeing the entire Explorer division for Gavin reasons. Maybe sometimes she snaps a twig in front of him to see how he feels about it

i think that willy is a little intimidated bc lou reminds him of all the professions he's Disappointed. if he finds out that lou was an art prof he'll probably be like 👀 curious 👀 so lou may see him slinking around the periphery a bit

Annie's been at Enodia for 3 years and is a part-time Explorer, so they've probably done some explorations together and thus must be, at least, a little bonded.

He'll probably find her a bit annoying since she's nosey and loves to pry and pull people into social situations, but I think she's dedicated to breaking through his tough exterior and will back off if it seems like she's actually bothering him.

They can talk about literature and art instead. But Annie will be jealous if Lou immediately likes Hera more than her >:(

I feel like he was probably annoyed at first 3 years ago, but grew fond of her quickly because he loveloveloves talking about literature and art and now wants to hear her thoughts on it (also bugs are cool) :')
