I think Zee would probably find Evan following her around unintentionally from time to time if she's glowing. You mentioned herding cats--Evan's powers allow her to see with animal eyes, so it's not impossible that she could end up following a glow straight to her. (Also, Zee is forking gorgeous, so. There's that, too.)
